Media Training That
Puts You in the Hot Seat

From the Boardroom to the Broadcast Studio

Could you handle the microphone? The camera? The journalist? The difficult question?

We know that media attention can be a powerful opportunity for your business, but only if you know how to make the most of it.

That’s why we’ve created our dedicated Media Training Suite near Morpeth, providing practical, hands-on training for business owners, senior managers and spokespeople who want to build confidence and sharpen their media skills.

Don’t Just Talk About Media. Experience It.

We don’t believe in simply sitting you in a room and talking at you.

Our training puts you into realistic interview situations so you can experience what it is actually like to face a microphone or camera. You’ll see and hear how you come across, receive individual feedback and learn how to make an immediate impact.

Our Training Covers:

Radio. Podcasts.
Camera. Interviews

Our suite is also used by Radio Northumberland, giving your training a genuine broadcasting environment rather than simply recreating a studio for the day. We deliberately keep sessions small, with a maximum of three delegates, allowing us to provide individual feedback and tailor the training to each participant.

Train With Experience

Keith Newman – Founder, Highlights PR

I’ve spent more than 40 years working across business, PR, media and industry, bringing the perspective of both a PR professional and broadcaster to every training session.

My aim is simple:

“You don’t need to become a professional broadcaster. You simply need to understand how the media works, know what you want to say and have the confidence to say it clearly.”

Ready for Your Close-Up?

Whether you’re facing your first radio interview, preparing for a podcast, stepping in front of a camera or simply want to become more confident when dealing with journalists, we can help.

Stop worrying about what they might ask. Start thinking about what you want them to know.
